Refunds:  Our refund policy is subject to the terms of the particular engagement letter of each client and there are no blanket policies or assurances that any payments for services completed and rendered will be refunded absent prearranged agreement.

Our services from offices in the United States are provided by SL Global Partners (US), professional limited liability company having an office located at 1629 K ST NW, STE 300, Washington, DC 20006.

In accordance with the common terminology used in professional service organizations, we use the term "partner" in this website to refer to a person who is a member, partner or person of equivalent standing or authority within a practicing organization.  The use of the term "our Founding Partner" refers to Tricia Steele Boutros, the first full equity partner of the firm and founder of SL Global.  The use of the term "our attorneys" refer to any attorney working under the firm's organizational name on behalf of the firm's clients.  We utilize the new firm model which modernizes traditional firm structures and may make use of attorneys who are not locally situated through remote access  or cloud computing as appropriate.  Any attorney working under the name SL Global Partners, will be a fully licensed and credentialed attorney with the appropriate level of experience for any particular matter assigned. 

In countries where SL Global Partners does not have its own presence legal services are provided through associations with leading independent local law firms which we have developed relationships, which we may refer to as "SL Global Relationship Firms."  SL Global Relationship Firms will have adopted various practices and procedures aligned with the standards of practice we require at SL Global but they are not themselves part of or financially integrated with SL Global  SL Global Relationship Firms  are owned and managed by their respective members, partners or other principals and not by partners of SL Global.
